David Eugene Milano 1931-2011
Dave was a 50 year member of the Rotary Club of Novato and was passionate about “service above self.” He served as Rotary president 1979-80 and was Novato “Citizen of the Year” in 1979. He was a member of the Novato City Council for many years and was elected twice as mayor of Novato, serving 1978 – 1980.
For more than 50 years, Dave was a member of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National (SMACNA) Redwood Chapter and served as president from 1978 – 1980, and was a member of Sheet Metal Workers International.

Born 1960, displayed an early talent for fixing mechanical things. Keeps an extensive stock of replacement parts in his truck so that he can repair most heating or cooling systems the first time. Charges by the job, not the hour, so he always does his best to complete repairs on the first visit. Will give you an estimate over the phone when you call. Made of sheet metal, unafraid of small dogs.
