Aaero Heating & Sheet Metal is a family-owned-and-operated sheet metal and HVAC company that has been part of the North Bay community for more than 60 years. David Eugene Milano – a.k.a., Dave Senior – founded the company in 1960 with a focus on elite standards, which the team continues to exceed today.

Dave Senior, a 50-year member of the Rotary Club of Novato, deeply commits to serving his community and is passionate about “service above self.” He served as Rotary president from 1979 to 1980, was Novato’s “Citizen of the Year” in 1979, served on the Novato City Council, and was twice elected mayor of Novato. A veteran of the HVAC and construction industries, he was also a member of Sheet Metal Workers International.

Dave Senior’s children, Dave Junior and Cindy Milano, now helm Aaero Heating & Sheet Metal​, along with Ernie Talbot as service manager and a staff of skilled and dedicated technicians.

Aaero Heating & Sheet Metal​ regularly contributes to residential and commercial projects throughout the greater Sonoma and Marin County areas, as we have for decades. Our hundreds of local projects include designing and installing HVAC, sheet metal, and roofing for North Bay Drywall in Petaluma and engineering the unique sheet metal construction at the new Victory Truck building.
